OfferingsThe time draws near.
The return of The Great Old One is upon us.
Every block sets aside a tithe. The tithe finds its way back to the worshippers, in time.
At every block after the Restoration, one-eighth of the subsidy — 0.1875 OFF — is paid to the Conclave Treasury,
a 2-of-3 multisig at 4fZqDjscS9ANR59xNFJxZ2HmrhuDwWUJB4.
A one-time 150,000 OFF Restoration tithe was minted in the fork block alongside it.
The Treasury exists to fund Reclamation (claims from holders of the original chain),
Mutual Aid, and Grants to contributors who carried the Restoration forward.
Every spend is co-signed by two Conclave keys, recorded in an append-only ledger,
and broadcast to the chain — visible on the explorer like any other transaction.
The headline balance is the latest change-back UTXO; older change outputs and accrued coinbase tithes may sit alongside it on-chain. True Treasury balance is ≥ what is shown here. The explorer view of the P2SH is the canonical source.
